The South West Public Health Development School provides a unique opportunity for people working in a variety of fields within public health to expand their public health horizons at this event. Previously a two day school, the Development School will now be a one day event still boasting a vibrant mix of workshops and learning activities. These sessions will provide an excellent opportunity to consider how to maximise public health opportunities and truly make a difference.
The Development School is open to anyone working in a public health related field from across the South West. We welcome professionals from a variety of organisations and settings, from local authorities, CCGs, NHS England, Academia, Public Health England, Health Education England, voluntary and community settings.
There will be a wealth of opportunities for new learning and the discussion of new ideas. As always, the school will help to develop both individual practice and strengthen us as a public health community
Registration is not yet open for this free one day event. Training locations may be allocated a number of places or they may be offered on a first come first served basis for those working within Public Health. This process will be confirmed in due course ahead of registration opening. A waiting list may be required if places are filled.
