The 4 rivers floating lodge is as great as it looks in the pictures. Set in a great location, it is a great pace to unwind. The rooms are as in the pictures and the description except for the absence of the Telly, which was actually a very good thing. There are only 12 tents or so , so the resort is never very crowded. There isn't any noise at night and unless someone is stomping past your tent you don't feel any movement except for a very gentle rocking motion which is actually very nice.
The opening of the tent faces the river and you have a small seating area in the front of your tent which gives you privacy. The walkways to the other tents are behind the tents themselves and so doesn't disturb you at all. I didn't meet Anna at all,but her staff were very efficient and took care of everything including our transport to and from Phnom Penh. The food was nice, but not fantastic and also a little more pricey than other places that I ate in Cambodia.
The only problem was the small flies which got into the tent a night if you left your lights on. But I think this is unavoidable for a floating lodge on a river and can be avoided if you turn off your lights a night. But the location is the best part about the resort and that is fantastic. Also I sold mention that booking through airbnb gave me a better rate on their resort and I was very happy with that.
